Hi, my name is Kathy Peck and K Peck’s Creative Cafe is a blog about crafting, mainly with the Cricut. Here is a little bit about me.
I started crafting when I was very young with needlepoint and knitting. Over the years I became interested in sewing my own clothes, cross stitch, quilting, jewelry making, wreath making and paper crafting. Then I was introduced to the world of Cricut, which has now become my passion.
Cricut Crafting!
I started out with the Cricut Expression back in 2004 and made all kinds of cards and a few scrapbook pages. Upon moving back to Atlanta a few years ago, I bought the Air 1, then the Explore Air 2. In 2017 I upgraded to the Maker, followed by the new Cricut Joy when it was released; because you know, I had to check it out!! I have been trying my hand at designing some of my own files in Design Space, that I would like to share with you.
By creating a life I love crafting, I hope to share my love for the Cricut and other crafting ideas, and inspire you to make things you love. Hopefully, you will try something new that you may not have done before, which will carry over into your home and your everyday life.
There are also two other loves in my life, my fur babies Cookie and Noodle. They are both a bright spot in my life every day. There is nothing more wonderful than a pet’s unconditional love.
