Well, here we are with Thanksgiving just a little over a week and a half away. Have you thought about making cupcake toppers for Thanksgiving with the Cricut. I had an order for some of these Pilgrim hat cupcake toppers, so I decided to do a tutorial and make a video on how I made them to share with you.
You can find this file in Cricut Design Space.

Making The Cupcake Toppers
The first thing I did. was cut the Pilgrim hat out on my Cricut Maker using the black, Kraft and gold foil cardstocks. Next, I glued the hat band (Kraft Cardstock) on and then the Gold Foil Cardstock buckle using the Art Glitter Glue.
Here is the back of the Pilgrim hat and I’m getting ready to glue the toothpick on the back with the Glossy Accents.
Here you can see where I put together the back piece of the Pilgrim hat.
The finished Pilgrim cupcake topper has a front and a back to it. Here’s the completed topper.
Here is a video tutorial of the process.
I hope you will try making cupcake toppers for Thanksgiving with the Cricut to decorate your table. They really are a lot of fun.
