Let’s Get Started
Here is a video tutorial on how I made these DIY acrylic wedding table numbers.
Before painting the backside (you can use either side), remove the film on top of the acrylic table sign. I used my pin pen to release the film on the edge so I could pull it off. Leave the film on the other side until you are ready to add the vinyl.
Using black Valspar paint I got from Lowe’s and a sponge brush, I applied the paint to the acrylic table sign. You will need to apply 2-3 coats because you don’t want to see any streaks with light coming through from the front. Hold it up to a light to see if there are streaks.
While your paint is drying, cut out your Table and Numbers in vinyl on your Cricut.
Remove the film from the front side of the acrylic table sign using a pin pen or weeding tool. Use the transfer tape to transfer the vinyl to the acrylic table sign.
Here are the twelve acrylic table signs. You can make as many or as few as you need.
If you make some of these, please post it in the K Peck’s Creative Cafe Facebook Group. I would love to see what you’ve made.
Until next time.
Kathy
